Felicia Watlington (click for bio ) founded Supplier Diversity Works, LLC in February 2005.  During 2004, Felicia had served as executive director of a Women's Business Enterprise National Council affiliate.  For a decade prior to the executive directorship, Felicia founded and led a highly successful consultancy to small/medium-sized businesses.

SDW works with purchasing departments of corporate/government entities, helping achieve supplier diversity goals and objectives.  Services include finding/vetting diverse vendors for sourcing inclusion, goal-setting and reporting (including good faith effort compliance), consultation/support for the start-up of supplier diversity as well as step-level improvements of mature programs.  Our goal is to help organizations achieve business results through aligned supplier diversity efforts, including increasing ROI.  As such, we seek to offer a menu/suite of services to clients to reduce investment and to allow supplier diversity staff to focus on the most value-added activities possible.
